Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery. The item is not used and of the same condition when you received it ( unopened). It should be on its original packing. You should have the original receipt or proof of purchase of the item. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.
After receiving the returned item, we will notify you if it is eligible for refund. If it is approved, we will issue a refund to your card. It depends on your card issuer the days to process the refund.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping, insurance, additional fees and promotional coupons are not included in the refund amount. Special orders cannot be returned.
The following items cannot be Returned/ Refunded :
- Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or products supplied direct from the manufacturer (including furniture and equipment).
- Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed.
- Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, body jewellery, earrings or piercing tools, foot spas, scissors and blades and manicure/pedicure tools.
