Processing time of confirmed orders will be 1-4 working days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. It will be dispatched thru Courier service.
Item (s) have been supplied in accordance with the official order confirmation received from the customer with the mentioned specification and quality with the agreed acceptance of quality to be +/-% variation of the order.
Delivery charge will be subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect those orders that have been confirmed and already send with dispatch confirmation. Any changes will be posted on the website. Customer to inform officially in writing within 48 hours of receipt of delivery of any quality problems faced.
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type. Customer is completely liable to pay all duties, taxes and customs in all transactions.
If a customer request to postpone the scheduled delivery or if customer is not available, delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date of Via Cosmo Trading’s discretion, provided dispatch of order is not yet made. If and if, order has been dispatched, charges will apply.
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information. Please note that shipment may get affected during holidays depending on the Courier operation in which its outside of Via Cosmo’s control.
Wholesale Orders or BTB will be quoted on an order by order basis. On oversized/Heavy items, additional charges may apply based on the size or overweight of the items according to Courier policies.
Via Cosmo Trading reserves the right to take back the goods from the warehouse/store of the customer in case of non-payment.
Via Cosmo Trading will not be responsible for any damage that has occurred due to bad storage or mishandling of the products by the customer after that no claim for any storage, damage and / or wrong delivery will be entertained by us once the goods are delivered to the customer.
At Via Cosmo Trading, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We will accept items for exchange, if returned 48 hours from the date of purchase, as long as items are:
- Accompanied by original receipt/invoice.
- In their original packing.
- Delivered back to our shop by customer at our discretion or as agreed.
- Found have defect or Not working.
VIA COSMO Trading has the right to not accept exchange If Customer is not following the manufacturer instructions for opening or using the item or machine or in case of hygienic reasons.
No exchange of products for stock clearance/sale/promotional/as-is and damaged/spoilt products.
If delivered, endeavours to deliver the purchased goods on time but will not be responsible for delivery delays beyond control.
Any disputes that may arise and mutually cannot be resolved will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts and UAE law.
We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
When ordering from Via Cosmo Trading, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Via Cosmo Trading I has no control over these charges, nor can Via Cosmo Trading predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We reserve the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. We also reserve the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.
Via Cosmo Trading reserves the right to stop supply of any orders at hand due to non-payment of overdue amounts.
The invoice should be settled within the mutually agreed credit period.
Cash payment will be valid only against our official receipt.
For cheque payment methods: Payment should be made by A/C PAYEE CHEQUE in the name of Via Cosmo Trading and if in case cheque will bounce customer will be liable for any bank charges stipulated.
Invoice once issued and sent to customer is considered liable for payment.
